Karen joined the Blank Family of Businesses 15 years ago. During this time, she has provided strategic human resources support in a variety of ways across Arthur Blank’s portfolio of businesses including the Atlanta Falcons, PGA TOUR Superstore, Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, Mountain Sky Guest Ranch, Atlanta United, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and, Arthur’s parent company, AMB Group. Karen has over 25 years of experience in the Human Resources field and has been in her current role, Director of Training and Associate Engagement, for three years. After graduating from Oglethorpe University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Behavioral Science, Karen joined Electrolux Corporation as a Benefits Administrator. After Electrolux, Walters grew into a Senior Business Partner role at Unisys, a Fortune 100 IT firm. Her current role involves helping to ensure that the Blank Family of Businesses attract, retain and develop the best associates possible to achieve our business results. Karen lives in Dawsonville, GA and has a 25 year old daughter, Madalyn, and a 22 year old son, Ross.
